Tom brings to Voyager extensive experience in market strategy and business development for information technology companies. Based in Silicon Valley, he has served as a Venture Partner to Voyager since 2000, and is a Managing Director with the Chasm Group, a nationally recognized Silicon Valley firm providing market strategy and business development services to high-technology companies. Tom is co-author of the best-selling book The Gorilla Game: Picking Winners in High Technology.  He has been a keynote speaker at over 20 high technology industry conferences. Tom spends approximately half of his time with Voyager companies, and has advised over half of the firm’s portfolio companies on their market strategies and product offerings.
